Location and Staff

I like the room size, I like the bed and pillows, I love the location and the staff are amazing, friendly, and very helpful. They have a super cool lobby area, most of those places I rarely feel like spending time in, but this lobby, which has a small bar inside and tables and chairs on the other side of the entrance doorway, is a great place to grab a seat and have a beer before heading out. I did it more than once on my multiple stays here. There really is not much I didn't like, and if there was, I cannot remember what is was.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff, accommodating and helpful. The location is great, busy street during night time and close to commercial establishment. Delighted with the room especially the king size bed. Also, the hotel offers good variety of food in the breakfast buffet. Bathroom is small and water is overflowing whenever we take shower, hence, making the floor outside the shower area wet and slippery which is prone to accident, if I may say.

Loved how there's always staff around to keep everything clean and stocked up. The lobby always had a nice aroma once you walked in. The building might seem a bit outdated but the staff keep up with the cleanliness to make it seem new. Highly recommended place to stay at because it's very close to the night market and down the street from a small grocery store to buy essentials when traveling.

Breakfast was wonderful--loved the variety. The location of the hotel is amazing, if anyone wants to be able to walk right out into the action of the Night bazaar, the place is exciting every night! Staff was wonderful, especially the concierge staff that went way out of their way to make sure our every need was taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! nothing

Convenient located, good for business or leisure stay. Room is fairly comfortable, though amenities and toiletries missing a few items A bit old. Can see in the hallway. Cafe for breakfast is stuffy it is close room, ambience not great for morning breakfast and food is rather salty

Very good hotel

Plenty of sun loungers available at the pool, was happy for that, staff was friendly and helpful, and the bed was large and comfortable. It was in a great location. Also has a pleasant lobby area and small restaurant there, it was a cool place to hang out before venturing out. There is no desk chair, did not like that, and no desk either but a large wooden shelf that could work, also no sun reached my room, and the AC ran the first night and the room was freezing, I woke up in the middle of the night and turned it off and I never turned it on again.

The staff were incredibly responsive.

The bathroom was very tiny. There was only one small window to let natural light in.

The hotel is very near to the walking street where there are few markets around. Easily accessible to food and shopping. The room is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service is great! Nothing

Although the location is not in the old city, it’s still very convenient, and the surroundings are lively. The room is spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with all the amenities provided. The lobby is beautiful as well. The location is a bit far from both the Nimman area and the Old City.

Great service, very clean and high end rooms. They were a bit small in comparison to other rooms we slept in in Thailand but normal relative to European standard. No view and very small window
