I only said I would book a room here below a certain price, and when it went below this, I booked a night here. The bed and pillows may have been the best I've experienced in Thailand, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. They receive the highest grade I can give a bed and pillows. The staff are gracious, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is elegant and quite beautiful inside. I did not have time to sample the food or even the fitness center, I can only grade the room. The facilities looked excellent everywhere I looked. Honestly, based on my one night here, I can't think of anything.

Ample variety in the buffet breakfast but some items could be better. Great friendly, helpful staff. Excellent facility right in the middle of the Night Bazaar. Very quiet and restful in our 22nd floor suite. Some breakfast buffet items could be better. That’s the only one negative!

The staff was the warmest, friendliest, most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered. They really make guests feel valued. The location was excellent, right next to the night market. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Housekeeping even comes again in the evening to bring new towels and empty trash, which seems rare these days. Nothing

The staff here is exceptional, always willing to tackle any issue with good humor. The room was not only comfortable and stylish, but also provided thoughtful touches like multiple charging outlets with both kinds of plug-ins accounted for. The breakfast buffet was enormous, with endless options of both Asian and non-Asian dishes available. The gym is very well equipped, providing lots of cardio machines as well as free weights and weight machines - very impressive for a hotel gym. The pool is gorgeous. Nothing
