There was no closet. Just an area to hang clothes/towels over the area that had the coffee, tea and toiletries.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Chiang Mai. It's walking distance to the night market and to local eateries and cafes. Having a 7-Eleven right underneath the hotel was also very convenient, as was the massage place just on the corner nearby the hotel. While the hotel is excellent value, the facilities are limited. Having said that the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is perfect for a short stay in Chiang Mai.

You cannot beat the location! Perfect for shopping, dining, etc Stairs up to the lobby from outside.

The staff was very helpful, they let us store our bags two days before checking in and even carried them up to our room once it was ready. The location is great, a 7-eleven right downstairs and Phaploen Night Market a short walk away.

Nap in Chiang Mai's location was perfect, as it was only walking distance to the night market. There is also a 7eleven at the ground floor. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very attentive. Would check in here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

Very comfortable, clean, and quiet in a great location. Staff is excellent, especially Rae. I would have given it a 1O if breakfast was available in the hotel.

Location is very convenient. Room and hotel facilities were clean. Staff are very attentive. My partner and I had a great stay in NAP in Chiang Mai and will book here again when we return.

Very well located. Right next to a 7/11 and the Night Bazaar. The rooms aren’t too big. Both our rooms also had a very strong seepage smell. You could smell “dampness” when you would enter the room. Also, the room was designed in a way that the sinks to wash up are outside the bathroom and part of the room itself - so this was not very convenient and created a mess sometimes.
