Just the best experience! We were kindly upgraded to a poolside room, which was such a lovely surprise and so appreciated. Honestly, we’ve never stayed anywhere like it - the facilities were absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly attentive, and it’s been our favorite place we’ve stayed during our travels. We also had a couples spa treatment, which was fabulous too. It’s hard to describe just how relaxed and zen we felt walking out of that treatment and into the hotel gardens so beautifully designed around nature. Location isn’t central but is very manageable and cost effective with the use of Grab

It was a little way from downtown but a 20 minute drive and 12.00 not bad. Very close to the extremely large mall.

The staff were wonderful. The gardens, pool and ambience were beautiful. The brunch was delicious. We had an excellent massage at the spa The resort is beautiful but needs some TLC. The bathroom needed a deep clean.

We do like the architecture, it was beautiful and charming. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. The villa that we got was a nightmare!!! It was beautiful but at night time we heard people from the opposite single karaoke until midnight!! It was so loud and disrespectful. After midnight they were still keep talking. They were drunk, the woman screamed and laughed like a witch. It was not worth it at all to stay at the villa. We complain to the front desk and they said they have been dealing with the noise concern for many years!! And yet, they are still selling the villa to a customer? That was not smart at all. They should have renovate the room instead of letting the trap go on to an innocent customer who willing to pay for such a high price

Lanna architecture nice rooms Location is far from old town and needs taxis which are hard to find on the way back. I also misplaced my plastic key and I had to pay for a replacement

The room looked a little run down. A little more can be done to keep it up.

It’s a beautiful property. Landscaping is very nice. Location is terrible if you want to be close to Chiang Mai. Bed was one of the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Hot water never worked while I was there. Staff barely apologized on the end but did not offer any way to make up the for issue.

The hotel was in a very peaceful location, a lot of thought and care has gone into making it relaxing and beautiful and is a great place to unwind. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is a little outside of the centre of the city, so moving around was not straightforward, but on the other hand, the location provided peace and quiet

It was lovely! I loved the pool, the accommodations and the location. The staff were also very helpful. I would say that the breakfast was just so so. I did not try the lunch or dinner.

It looks vantage. The atmosphere is okay Cleanness is not meeting the requirements. Rooms are very old need paint jobs everywhere. Mosquitoes are over the place.

Property was stunning. Really beautiful. The restaurant had excellent service and good food (I had breakfast) The room was spacious and overlooked the pool and was very pretty and super clean. The property needs a bit of updating. The bathroom had some mould on the ceiling. It’s a tropical environment so it’s not hard to get but a quick paint would help. And the bathroom fixtures overall were tired. It was sometime tough to get a taxi the location was a bit outside chiang mai proper. So if you’re just staying on resort it’s fine but going back and forth into town was more difficult than I was expecting.
