Spacious, clean, good shower. Staff responded quickly to when our fridge leaked and when we needed cleaning. Walking distance to Oho's coffee and 7-11. There's also coffee next door, but they close at 3. You can walk a bit more to Central Festival Shopping Center. Gym was decent. Bf used the pool a couple times. The lady at check-in was not very friendly (everyone else was). Location felt far from city center. The bed was a bit hard, and pillows were soft/flat. We had to buy extra pillows on our own as the hotel was not able to furnish. No microwave in room, there is a community microwave near the lobby. Outside noise from being close to main street. Laundry machines pay system didn't work very well.

I like the bigger room offered than most hotels around the area, bigger bathtub, ample clothes storage and the kitchenette with the bigger sink. Also, the location of the hotel is easy to find and near a major intersection. Plenty of covered parking and out back. This property is close to a Japanese restaurant, a cafe and a 7-eleven. I didn’t like the hotel room is aged and require some TLC; cracks in the wall introduced ant infestations inside the hotel, and slippers are not included so be careful walking around bare foot. Towels are slightly musty and iron is also not included. Additionally. Breakfast is not included and staff will not mention until you ask. Microwave is advertised in the pictures but not included.

location is okay, rooms are roomy, little kitchenarea in the room is nice we booked the room because of rating and "excellent breakfast" Well, breakfast is only pork noodles, so not for muslems, jews and vegetarians! We were one of them, so our prebooked breakfast is lost money. Sound proofing is bad, one can hear everything from the neighbors, so no sleep. tv has many channels, but 99 percent shopping channels. Bathroom sink did not work, because the stop was stuck. Airco has only one setting, full blow!

location was just off the highway, close to the festival central. Check in and check out was very quick and easy tv did not work. 500 baht deposit for key card. and far away from China town/markets.

The location probably isn't ideal if you're a tourist looking to see the sites of Chiang Mai. It's probably 15 minutes from the center on a scooter. If you're a tourist, I think it's worth to spend a bit more to be closer to the center but all depends on what you want to do in Chiang Mai
