Was really clean and the breakfast was good It’s not that close to anything, we needed to take taxi all the time. The staff doesn’t really speak English so it was hard to communicate and ask questions or guidance. When we wanted coffee before we went because we didn’t had any in our room the insisted that we pay for all the breakfast

Room and toilet space, the bed was so comfy and the view from the balcony was superb. Staff was welcoming and breakfast so delicious. Nothing i didn't like.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were very spacious, and it was with a reasonable price, the room is well lit, and it has a very nice atmosphere The front entrance has a lot of stairs and is kind of narrow (you can use the elevator to avoid), the gym was small and not all the equipment was operational

The hotel was conveniently located, close enough to the centre but quiet as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, we had a fridge. The tv only had a few channels and not possible to connect Netflix. The balcony was a good addition and the view wasn’t too bad. The hotel had a free parking which was great but not always the most convenient to park in and I had to do a lot of manoeuvres!!! The bathroom was ok, it was a shower in a bathtub, the pressure wasn’t good and I had 3 days of luck warm water because the hotel water wasn’t activated (my fault for not calling earlier). The pool seems better on photos than it it is real life and it is called. There only a couple of space to lay down and relax and it’s undercover. A bit of a weird space.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, clean pool, good location. The last night we have had neighbours who very very loud all the night and we could not sleep since we shared a connecting doors. We called the reception and they tried to help us, but the other room was loud anyway... :-(

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but I did have coffee there every morning. I sat by the pool and enjoyed a very fine cup of excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were very attentive but unobtrusive. Very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast buffet was 295 baht, and the a la carte was 150 baht. There are many places close by that serve a much less expensive authentic local breakfast for a fraction of the cost. The balcony was a nice touch, as well as the ground-floor entrance in the parking garage. I noticed a few reviews saying the wifi was not good. I stayed there for two weeks and had no issues with the wifi. Consistently 75 Mbps down and the same up. You do have to sign in to the wifi every time you turn your device on and turn off your VPN when signing in. A full-service bar at the restaurant would have been nice, but there were other places to go if you wanted to go out for a drink. Access to the ground floor elevator when first arriving with all of our baggage would have been nice instead of lugging our suitcases up all the stairs at the main entrance.

It’s very well kept, looks fab, but staff don’t speak English well abd if you have several issues they won’t go the extra mile, also notices everywhere yelling you as bout fines etc don’t make it feel very welcoming, location is rubbish and there is not even a 7/11 nearby, can’t telephone out from room so phone just for reception who won’t help you anyway, otherwise pleasant stay, didn’t help I was very ill when I arrived coming down with a fever, staff told me to come back in 6 hours them rifled through my medication bag from chemist, quite rude I felt, also don’t use Landry service, a kilo will cost over 1000 baht when you can get it done For 50 baht 3 mins away It’s very modern, and clean and well kept
