Room was clean and as expected. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide variety but it did get very crowded and was difficult to order eggs and get to the buffet through the crowd. The location is fine but not very close to the old town if you’re wanting to walk.

The facility was a pleasant surprise. Just give you a relaxed feeling and the staff are great. We would stay there again What I did not like had nothing to do with the hotel. It is with you Booking.Com. When I made my booking you stated I would have a free private taxi to my hotel. You did not state that I have to book it. So, we got there and there was not taxi waiting. We took a taxi to the hotel. I was trying to see if I can use this offer on return to the Airport. The big issue I have is that there no way to speak or communicate with you. I wrote on your website on the customer care page, but I heard from no one. I did not get to use the taxi offer. I was very frustrated not able to communicate. All your communication "NO-Reply.

Very nice rooms, breakfast, and reception area. Location is not idea on the busy ring road and about 2KMs from the old city. The pool area is not very inviting or green. There are a number of pools each separated by a strip of concrete. Some ground-floor rooms have a balcony opening onto the pool area so you might feel like you're in someone's private pool! Strangely, when you come from your room to the reception or to the breakfast area, you walk across the pool area - not such an issue I guess most of the time but if it is raining hard, you will need to carry an umbrella to go for breakfast!

Staff and breakfast was good. Nice pool This is located away from the night market and getting to and from you have to rely on taxis. Pool is not heated and is small and the photos are misleading since the pool is only at the front of some rooms and not all around the hotel. Breakfast options could improve

there was one incident that was disrespectful that happend to me wich is when o finished my breakfast in a hurry and took a bnana and a tost to go then the employee told me it is not allowed by our policy to take a bnana and a tost to go from the breakfast, wich i paid for and this is really bothering and i didnt see this in any of my 25 years of traveling even in same 7 star hotels in dubai and the middle east

Breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, there were a few very minor repairs required. The pool/s looked good. It was located on a very busy road which I did not find ideal.
