Spacious. Traffic not too bad as it is outside city centre. Only 1 bottle of shampoo/soap for both bathroom and wash basin. Hotel will not provide another bottle or even a small bar of soap. If you forget to bring the bottle into the shower cubicle, after wetting yourself, you need to step outside to bring it in.

Great location, close to all the main attractions and easy to get around. The room was clean but felt a bit outdated.

The staff is kind and polite, my room is cleaned daily, and the location is central and easy to reach. The TV is small and it is difficult to find children's channels and the kitchen needs more cooking utensils.

We are family with 1 kid 10 years old and we expected that it will be possible to sleep in the sofa. We changed appartment for bigger one and it was much better for family. The staff was friendly. The amount of kitchenware is minimal. Location is good if you are with car - 5 min drive to Maya and Nimman with a lot of restaurants. The sofa doesn't unfold, and there's nothing for self cooking

Very spacious and clean, and I'm saying that although there were a few spots with mold in the kitchen, nothing tragically but if that wasn't it would have been just perfect. There's a lot of light getting in thanks to the big windows. For that price I didn't expect such a big and pretty place. We also slept well on the beds and the AC's were quiet. As I mentioned before, a little bit of mold in the kitchen. But I'd come again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.
