Some of the nicest and most helpful people at the front desk everybody was pleasant and friendly / was within walking distance of anything that you wanted to go and do Nothing bad to say about the property

The rooms were big, and we had two bathrooms that was great The location is close to the night market Since its in the market, it’s really loud until late hours, and we couldn’t sleep until the bars closed. A lot of mosquitoes The breakfast is not diverse, and consists in more authentic dishes rather than “regular” breakfast.

We expected the pool to be larger, and we also had to change rooms because our initial room faced the market, where very loud and unpleasant music played every evening.

Location good. Housekeeping staff great. Front desk not very helpful. If you appear after 9 for breakfast, you'll not find anything left. No refill.

The location is great as long as you are not a light sleeper! The night market is right out the door . The front desk staff were great . Special shout out to Champoo (not shampoo) Her smile and giggle were contagious We had the 2 room 2 bath suite and loved the size The endless party noise emanating from the bars across the street that went on till 4 am .

The breakfasts had variety daily which is great as many 'breakfast included' hotels of this size give the same thing daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are designed nicely and they feel relaxing. Having a deck with a clothes line is also great. The shower is hot on demand and it's great. We came here 6 years ago and liked the location, price and amenities enough to come back. We had a leak from the shower through the wall to our room. Simple caulking would fix it. We reported it and they sent maintenance up immediately but they didn't fix it during our 4-night stay. The beds are very hard, but this is also pretty standard for this region of the world.

Room was clean and very good, only exception was water heater failed. Staff was great and offered another room with hot water or we could use a shower in another room. Breakfast was good and again service/staff was great.

The bed is way too hard. There is no restaurant, rooftop bar, no spa. The pool was filthy and was not cleaned the entire time we were there.
