Great stay at Iron32 Hotel. Location is closer to the bridge/river so prime if you are there during the lantern festival. It's on a quiet street but a short walking distance to a few night markets as well as some local restaurants. The staff was very responsive though WhatsApp but is not in house all day. Ins and outs day and nights are easy via key card at the doors. It's very picturesque hotel with a nice lounge/cafe/bar on the bottom and lobby/overlook on the 2nd floor. Like many hotels in Chaing Mai, this hotel does not have an elevator. I stayed on the roof apartment so 4 sets of stairs but loved the private space on top. But note that it can get hot. But the room has blackout blinds as well as 2 AC units to keep it as cold as you like.

Great value for money. Very cheap and good location. The rooms were ok, nothing special but really nothing to complain about. The lack of window in the cheapest room isn't ideal.

It was such a unique property. We stayed at at the villa on the roof. We actually felt like we were at home. I would recommend renting this to anyone interested in one of a kind hotel room. Everything about the property was great except there could probably be a little more water pressure.

The location is fantastic, about 10-15 mins from The airport and within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and night market. The shower could have been a little Cleaner, I did see some mold around the corners. But over all the room was clean and the staff helpful!

The rooms were moderately sized but equipped with thoughtful facilities. It has a TV that actually works. Lots of electrical outlets, plenty of storage and hangers for clothes and bags, and a very comfy bed. Our room also had a balcony which faced away from the main street which was a welcome for us. The bathroom was clean and up to our standards. Staff was very helpful. It is a pity that the bar & cafe downstairs was not open for business. Sometimes the noise and music from other venues can travel inside the room. This is the downside to being in a very strategic location I suppose. In addition, sometimes the hot water from the shower does not work very well. I had to shower in the bathtub once or twice.

There was no front desk staff throughout the night/random times throughout the day. And I didn't see a number to contact in case of emergency.

Very kind and supportive host, nice location next to Melia Chiang Mai. The reception is 8:00AM to 5:00PM, but it's ok for me
