I was bit hesitant to choose this because of the reviews, but it was not much bad in my case. Bit noisy. Construction noise. Receptionist can't speak English, but he's doing his best, using Google translate. So, these are not much a big deal.

Great value for money, good shower and toilet and great AC. Big room lots of storage & a fridge. Good location in Chiang Mai. Comfyish bed. Very interesting hotel WiFi not great. Quite bright in the room at night from outside lighting. Bed could be comfier (but not that bad!).

Blanket is a little not comfortable, toilet is very closed to the wall.
