Ama's House Luxury Boutique Hotel

Excellent location near Night Bazaar and bar scene (including LGBT and drag shows) yet tucked into a quiet and peaceful enclave. Very small and personalized service. Beautifully designed, immaculate and clean, dreamy pillows and bedding, fluffy towels, high speed Internet, coffee available in room or in lobby, rooftop pool area for a dip or sun. Everything was awesome and people will discover this gem. As the number of hotel guests grows, providing a light continental breakfast in the morning (fresh juice, pastries, croissants, butter, fresh local jam) would be a nice addition.

Most comfortable beds and pillows of any place I’ve stayed in Thailand. Staff went out of their way to set up my TV so we could watch Netflix and Amazon prime Video. Small hotel so the pool and bar was almost always empty and peaceful. Hot overhead rain showers. The AC was incredible and cold. Sam the bartender very nice. Rose at the front desk was super sweet. -Tim O ? The Wi-Fi on the top floor (room 6A) cut in and out and was not consistent. But that wasn’t really a big problem for me.

Large room with friendly staff in a great location in Chiang Mai, walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and the Night Bazaar. Boutique hotel with just two large rooms on each floor. Expensive for what it was - given that it's more set up like a service apartment or condo instead of a starred hotel.

Great staff and hotel Was very comfortable The hotel does not have a restaurant!! That means if you go for a tour you cannot have breakfast. If you want room service, there is none. If you want to drink a coke, buy it yourself

We had a great stay at Ama's House. Check in was very efficient and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and clean and comfortable, with a lovely bed. The location was fantastic with lots of great bars and the night market on the doorstep, but we never struggled to sleep as it was very quiet inside the hotel itself. The pool and bar on the rooftop were fantastic with great views over the city. We loved the pool on the roof but it just would have been nice if the bar had been open longer. The fitness room was good although the equipment was a little limited and it would have been a squeeze if anyone else had come in when we were using it.

Location is ideal as it is central to the night market, shopping and restaurants. Staff is very attentive, friendly and thoughtful.

Cleanliness , location & Rose the receptionist is exceptionally helpful. More choices for breakfast would be good

I stayed 6 days at Ama's with my sister. It's a really cute boutique hotel tucked away in a street off the main road. Our room was large and spacious with two single beds as requested during booking. Room was cleaned everyday and each time the fridge was stocked with two bottles of water which made us happy. Sometimes we are so busy we forget to purchase any before heading back to the hotel. Rose (our host) was amazingly helpful with everything. She booked two trips for us (cooking & tour of Chang Mai) which we thoroughly enjoyed. We spent one day hanging out at the swimming pool (which was a little small as seen on the picture) but we didn't mind as we had the pool all to ourselves :). We stayed in hotels 5star hotels in Bangkok & Phuket before and after Ama's Boutique but we enjoyed out stay at Ama's the most! We liked everything
