My room was spotless The Wi-Fi was poor. The shower was abysmal. Instead of a spray, the water came out of one big hole in the shower head. It would be very inexpensive to replace it. The staff were not welcoming at all.

Prime location, steps away from the night bazaar and tons of shops, and restaurants. 7/11 is a 1 min walk from the hotel. This place is very clean. Like squeaky clean. No safety concerns, walked in and out at all hours of the day and night and always felt safe around the hotel area. The bed is not the most comfortable. There is no safe in the room, however, a common safes area is provided in front of the reception where you can choose a small safe (big enough for a passport, phone, or a fanny pack but not for a laptop) and lock it with your combination of choice.

I like the location. The hotel closed to the famous restaurant. I didn’t like the smoking in the walk way.

I had to visit hospital during my stay here because of an accident not related to the hotel,but all reception staff very helpful in booking me a taxi and also assisting when i needed to phone uk to cancel a lost/stolen card. Their help was invaluable and so very needed.

Everything is close to this location. 'Big C & Plaza'. 'Night Market'. 25 Min walk to the train station. Very Nice rooms I cannot complain about anything. they spoke English & had hot water. And a coffee pot.
