Beautiful property on the river. Nothing really nearby, had to take a 10-15minute taxi to get to main areas.

Grand pool with river view was great! The free upgrade is appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good though on first day they had no buffet for some reason? The rooms are spacious and the property is grand. The property is grand but the staff are not. We stayed in pingviman lanna before this one and the hospitality there was something else. This hotel didn’t even match half of it which was a shock. The staff has likes and dislikes, for example my partner is Japanese so they treated her well but hardly ever talked to me.. Also, in breakfast the waitress in green suit was rude and angry for what reason only she knows. This really made our stay bitter. I think there are better properties in chiang mai and if you looking for a lanna experience then must skip this one! If business hotel kind of grand vibe then it is passable.

Staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. The hotel was really beautiful and we had a great experience staying there. Pool area, bar, restaurant, and the gym were amazing. The room was so spacious and comfortable. We were lucky to get an upgrade to our room as well. They brought a cake to the room for birthday celebration, which was very sweet. Some parts seemed a bit outdated but everything was nice overall.

Nice hotel, was sort of expensive compared to others. Very nice overall, rooms very nice. We got attacked by ants or some little bugs on the terrace one night, but it’s tropical environment so not much we could do about it. Oh laundry was ridiculously expensive! Over $100 for a one small load!

The property is gorge! You feel like you are in your own private tropical oasis. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is very attentive and constantly cleaning. Such great design touches and decor. Beautiful scenery. Nothing. Everything was wonderful. Be aware that somehow those sneaky mosquitoes find a way to sneak into your room. The hotel provides mosquito spray…but I also came prepared with mosquito repellent wipes that we put on before bed so we didn’t get bit. We learned after the first night. Would recommend loose fitting, light, long pajamas to protect yourself.

Incredible staff. Exquisite breakfast. Very nice bathrooms. Feels like an oasis in the middle of a city. Views right along the river. Nice pool. Live pianist. Really thoughtful design. And amazing spa!! There’s also a really lovely Buddha and meditation area. Nothing!

Breakfast buffet and food overall was great. Scenic, peaceful location right on the river will a nice pool set up. Rooms spacious and in old school Thai luxury design. Staff very helpful and pleasant. The patios are spacious with a day bed which is nice touch. The TV's do not have netflix or apps. Just cable which in way is good. You can watch Netflix at home so just enjoy Chang Mai and the beautiful property.

Breakfast was good & the staff at the breakfast place were very good with their service. Overall all the staff at this hotel were very polite & friendly. It was also good that they had airport transfer to & from the hotel. This hotel is also very wheelchair friendly Nothing

Breakfast was good, not great. Beautiful setting though, great servers. The cheese and crackers were very good. My omelette actually tasted sweet though. Not our best quality breakfast. Grounds are beautiful. Did not like at all that people would ‘save’ the pool chairs by putting their stuff on it with no one in sight. Concierge was amazingly helpful in booking restaurants and golf for us. Our room was lovely, lighting was a bit of a mystery. Gorgeous sitting area out back Our bailey’s pour for an after dinner drink was a joke. Literally one tiny taste. Clearly the bartender was unfamiliar with that or just stingy. Don’t let people claim pool chairs they are not using.
