Location was amazing along with the staff.

the owner is very nice and the location is good the bed is really uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a piece of wood. there was barley any hot water and also the air conditioner is in a bad position blowing right on you so either it's too cold or too hot.

Decent price and big enough room Clean Place is very antiquated and old Bed is too hard Bathroom was clogged Towels were shedding a lot

Clean, very friendly and courteous staff and right in both Old Town and Night Bazaar. Hard bed, fan and just in busy area. But served purpose of being right down town, efficient without paying tourists price.

Tapae Inn had fantastic location and staff. They also rented a scooter for the day for a great price. Totally old school decor even with the CRT TV. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing and there was a leak in the bathroom water line which made the floor constantly wet. The bed was so hard, I asked them for another comforter to sleep on.

The hotel provided a bottle of water for each day. Cheap and not very far from the ciry center Slight bad smell in the bathroom

Friendly 24/7 service drinks and snacks a available at reception. Great information and advise given by reception easy to communicate however still shop around for other offers. Cheaper when you pay in house also. Room has all that is required for general needs I had no ac room however the fan helped. Location is brilliant many food places nearby not far from city and night markets are also nearby. Other guests were friendly too. You can rent a motorbike also from them which is great. Definitely would stay again

location is ok. style of the hotel itself is nice. it looks old and personally I like it bed is sooo much uncomfy, it’s very hard like I was sleeping on desks

There was a constant line of ants marching up and down the walls and what looks like mold growing in the bathroom around the sink and on the tiles. If I was staying more than a couple days in Chiang Mai, I would have moved to another hotel.

I did not mind it but very very hard mattress for some people. Also bathroom is not exactly separated from the bedroom, just the door in between
