This is a minimalist hotel, very well suited for anyone with appreciation for simplicity. My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and we can say that this hotel was truly a highlight of our trip to Chiangmai. Every detail in the room from the colour pallete to small gimmicks hidden in the room, really shows the attention to detail by the creator. The breakfast was an additional service but I can say it was totally worth it. The location is quite good, located about 10 mins walk from One Nimman (better to have a car for transportation around the city though). The staff were very helpful of course. On a personal note, loved every plant chosen to display in the hotel. This hotel has no elevators. My family and I got a room on the second floor so it was not really an issue but it may become a problem if your suite is higher up. This hotel has 4 floors, fyi. The rooms are fitted with big windows (European style) which was fantastic but the view outside was a let down. We got the view of the infamous overground wires of the street (can’t really blame the hotel though). The water pressure was a bit low. The breakfast on weekends start at 9am which may be a bit late for early birds. Our breakfast was served in the room at around 9.15am.
