The Odyssey Serviced Apartment

We had a three week stay in the Apartment and needed good facilities and some space. We had both. A decent sized fridge and adequate kitchen, a balconey to enjoy and plenty of room and storage in the bedroom. Access to two swimming pools and a laundry was a real bonus. The Apartment was serviced everyday. Lots of good food outlets nearby as well as a couple of small supermarkets and a large market a 5 minute walk away. The Old City and other areas of interest were within walking distance and/or a very cheap Grab ride away. As others have metioned, the bed is hard but we bought a toppa mattress for a small price at a local bedding shop and that fixed that problem. Perhaps a more comfortable couch to sit on would be my only suggestion! But then who spends much time sitting during their holiday!

The gym was poor unfortunately.

Location was a bit off but that was a blessing in disguise as we explored a lot more

A comfortable and big room. There is everything you need in both the room and the hotel. We were so pleased with our stay that we extended our stay. Very suitable for long term stay. It has extremely well-intentioned, friendly and helpful staff.

Location, swimming pool.

The pool & surrounding pool area was wonderful. The size refrigerator in the room was a great bonus instead of usual tiny bar size fridge & the balcony was great & big. The breakfast. For a price of 200thb per person what was dished up was very ordinary. My wife could not even finish her plate as the eggs where tasteless & like rubber. My omelete was tasteless also & the bacon was horrible & overdone. For 200thb pp I would have expected a bit more substance to the meal, maybe some cooked mushrooms & grilled tomato. When I asked staff for some Tobasco hot sauce, which should be a staple of any breakfast they looked at me blankly & offerred up some sweet chilli sauce. Yuk, no thank you. I pillow each on the bed was not enough if the pillows are flat like ours were.

Layout of the rooms is good, cooking facilities. A bit dark with the colour of the furnitures.

Amazing pool, beautiful room with a nice big balcony. Staff were superb friendly and it's in a great location with some really fun local shops close by Nothing

Bathroom had smell of stale water and no lift. One of the staff members was not friendly.

Everything was great however the bed could have been better. But really not bad compared to other recent Thai hotels

Some facilities is broken and other one is really old… the property is not bad, but they must to make some upgrade.

The serviced appartment is very big and nice, good service, clean and friedly staff Just the swimming pool was too cold te actually swim in it, which was a big disappointment. Was also missing a frying pan.

Check in and check out no problem. Staffs are very helpful. The family room are big and very clean. The location is convenient. We got the room near the street. It's kind like loud during the night sometime and the floor is very slippery.
