18 In Town Homestay

Felt like I was welcomed into someones home and not a hotel! Was only there one night but that’s all i needed, to know that whenever I come back to Chiang Mai, I’m staying here. Very clean, privacy is respected, breakfast was good and the hospitality was amazing.

Very friendly staff who made check-in smooth. We felt extremely welcome at the property. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious and served in the beautiful garden. The property is also in a fantastic location in old Chiang Mai!

The breakfast and how welcoming they were. This is not a 5 star hotel this is like being invited into a home. A great location to get around from.

This beautiful guesthouse has 4 rooms that have nicely sized rooms and well appointed bathrooms. Everything is well designed and impeccably clean. The host couple and their friendly and attentive staff member, Mot, are delightful. Breakfast is prepared for each guest and is delicious. My friend and I stayed there before and after our week volunteering at Elephant Nature Park. We were so glad to return to our “home away from home” in Chiang Mai! We got our laundry done for a nominal charge and Mot even cleaned all of the mud off of my shoes! They provide bottles of water, a refrigerator in the upstairs common area, and snacks. The hospitality is absolutely amazing and you will be well taken care of. The location is very walkable to all of the major sites and just minutes from a wonderful bakery and restaurants. I would definately stay here again and would highly recommend it. Nothing… even the yard is full of plants and flowers!

This small home stay is delightful. The couple that run it are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location was great! The owner and house maid were both so sweet. Breakfast is phenomenal. The house and rooms are extremely well decorated and clean. Drinking water is provided.

Everything! It’s exceptional and we loved staying here. The room, the gardens, the breakfast are all excellent and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Our favourite homestay so far!

Where to start! This was our first stay in a 3-week trip through Thailand and Vietnam, and it was one of my favorite ones. The house is so homey and cozy, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient, in the old town near shops, restaurants and temples. And the breakfast, wow! I felt so spoiled getting homemade thai breakfast every morning, it was delicious and very special. Everything was great.

We loved that this was situated on a quiet street, but still right in the heart of the old city close to markets, great food, and attractions. Breakfast was delicious!

The twin room was set up very nicely The location was 15mins to most places I needed to go

Beautiful location. Room appointed nicely. The room is a bit noisy with people walking on the upper level and people in the lobby.

The breakfast was delicious and the location is great. The hosts are very friendly and made sure we had a very comfortable stay, even though we just stayed for one night. The AC was leaking overnight, but that was not a big deal, we just left a towel in the floor to make sure it didn’t make a mess.

Very clean and good location. The couple running the homestay were nice and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing!

Just a few things to note: * I'd say it's probably best for stays of just a few days, as the room felt a bit cramped for a couple. * The shower pressure was quite weak. * Rooms near the entrance can be a bit noisy.

The cutest guesthouse located in the best part of Chiang Mai! Nai was so sweet and helpful. I will definitely rebook next time I come to Chiang Mai.
