The staff were so wonderful and helpful! They were great for booking tours and my rides to and from Pai! It was a perfect location - close to delicious restaurants, and fantastic massage parlours. Check out the Museum of Broken Relationships! It was about a 20 minute walk and so fascinating. The beds were like clouds and the sheets were like butter. Also, they say they don’t have breakfast, but they have a full western continental breakfast for free every morning! Yogurt, cookies, cereal, toast, and coffee and juice! Nothing!

It was okay. Average cleanliness. A bit shabby rooms. They have snacks and coffee instead of breakfast. I was ready for this, but want to pay attention to this because it can be important for other travelers

Nice little boutique hotel in the middle of everything, but tucked away in a quiet side street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Room is not very big, but definitely big enough for a comfortable stay. I travelled alone. My room was bright, clean and had everything I needed. Bed was great! Hallways smell fresh, breakfast was very simple. Soundproofing is not so good, you can hear noise from the other rooms, but I sleep with earplugs so it was totally fine for me or I was just very lucky with my neighbours. You can also hear some noise from motorcycles from the street, but that is random and far away. Breakfast is very basic, there is definitely room for improvement there. I think it's great value for the money. Would book again.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, quiet, and the staff are warm and attentive The only thing I didn't like was that there was no ramp at the entrance, making it very inconvenient to carry luggage up the steps. Luckily, there were staff

Really good option to stay in Chiang Mai

The staff was really nice, and the location was close to the center. Other than that, nothing. To be completely honest, the staff really tried to accommodate us but the hotel is terrible and it is not their fault. Almost every single thing - we switched 3 rooms in a 2 nights stay because 2 of the rooms had ants infestation (I found ants on the bed!!! And in the bathroom). The standard of hygiene is subpar at best. The beds were not comfortable and the charging outlets were not working well in all the rooms we had. The wifi DOES NOT WORK and the internet reception in the rooms is terrible despite working completely fine off the property. Again, the staff was really kind and apologetic about the ants in the rooms but there was nothing that could be done otherwise. Not worth the money we paid, not worth any money at all in our opinion! Stay away from this place.

Location, friendly services, clean and value of money None

Breakfast was perfectly adequate. The location was very convenient for exploring the old city. There were several excellent but cheat restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful. The laundry service was very efficient and reasonably priced. Th television in the room even had an English movie channel. There was building work going on to improve the property so sometimes it was very noisy when I stayed in the room.

They don't offer breakfast but do have fruit, cookies toast and tea. A bit of a walk from the center (15-17 min). There was loud construction during my stay.
