Great location as the street is a hawker area where locals buy their food. Place is clean and staff is always ready to help. Will stay again!

Good budget spot to spend the night

We were pleasantly surprised! It seemed like a simple hotel but it was much more than that. Everybody was so nice and talkative. They have free drinking water in bottles and at a refillable station. The location was also fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here! Some noise from the hallway and other rooms late at night.

The staff were incredibly helpful, they gave us lots of tips on arrival of things to check out. We had to wait until 8pm for our transfer to Bangkok and we were allowed to leave our bags with them and wait in the lobby while they brought us water. The room itself was great but the staff made it exceptional.

Location is superb - the hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, (day & night) markets, a public park, eateries, tourist information shops (where we booked our half-day tours), and massage shops. The staff is very warm and friendly, and customer service is great! They offered us local sweet treats and cake, on two occasions. We were very surprised when, one evening, the manageress tried to hail a "songthaew" (red taxi) for us, even though she didn't have to. Whenever we needed something (like a change of pillow), they were very quick to fulfill our request. Also, we loved that the room, bathroom and bed were very clean and well-kept. There is no cupboard to hang your clothes; only clothes hooks and hangers are provided. The pillow was too high for me, so I requested a flatter one, and the staff promptly gave me one.
