the hospitality at this hotel was memorable. The location of the hotel was in old city and walkable to anything within 15-20 minutes. the staff were super helpful The bodhi suite pool room 404 had pigeon droppings inside and around our pool including the steps leading up to the pool and on the seat. We also had an ant infestation, they moved us to another room for a night (regular pool suite) however aside from a complimentary dinner meal we did not receive any other compensation

The property was beautiful. The afternoon tea was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was great. Lots of local restaurants around as well. The staff went out if theor way woth good service. The rooms were clean but not spotless. 9 out of 10. So only fault I could find

The Inside House was one of the most delightful hotels we have stayed in. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the experience. Our room was beautiful, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a superb bathroom and shower. The amenities were thoughtful and of high-quality, and we enjoyed the generous complimentary snacks delivered to the room each day. Breakfast and afternoon tea were both included with our booking and were highlights. The selection featured some really interesting and unusual options, making each meal feel special. The hotel itself is simply gorgeous. Even on a smoggy Chiang Mai afternoon we found ourselves happily lingering by the pool and soaking up the atmosphere. The staff have been trained to be attentive to their guests needs and were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and truly hope to return one day.

Loved the birthday surprise. Everything was wonderful and this hotel really thought it through. It had Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely come back again and again. Nothing. Everything was wonderful. Wish I could've stayed longer.

We loved staying at The Inside House! It was a great location and amazing how quiet it was in a busy area. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options that are cooked and brought to your table. We would definitely stay here again! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!

Beautifully maintained and well located in the old city. The building is a little old, but the super kind staff and luxury bath products (and hair dryer and straightener!) make it worth it.

The Inside House was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. Our room was made up so beautifully for our honeymoon with roses on the bed and in the stunning outdoor bathtub. The attention to detail extended to our gorgeous meals, which were all so aesthetically pleasing and delicious. They were also great at accommodating my vegan diet.

They took care of every little detail. Above and beyond service. I’ve never stayed at a place quite like this. Very kind people. The breakfast was amazing. They come and clean daily. They leave a gift on your last night. They let us keep our bags there after check out so we could go enjoy the city before our flight. Completely amazing place!! Every single aspect was perfect!

The plunge pool in the room had really cold water we almost weren’t able to get in or enjoy it for that reason
