premium location and we were allowed to check in early

room was clean , A/C worked well room a little small, wet room style shower, area was very quiet at night for dining options. A bit far from tourist area

My room was super quiet, air conditioning worked great and I received 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. The room is not as big, light and fancy as it appears on the pictures though. Floors in the bathroom could be a bit cleaner… But as a bonus there is a free bar with coffee, tea, and cookies in the lobby downstairs! Overall it is a good hotel and it will not disappoint you. I do recommend!

This hotel has everything you need for an affordable price in the heart of Chiang Mai. We are very happy with our stay here.

Room was a little bit small, & shower water pressure could have been a bit better.

the property is walkable to many tourist spot i would like to suggest if you could provide us sleepers..

There were a lot of charges if you wanted anything extra such as towels, pillows, etc. We did not ask for any, but it felt odd. Breakfast is only toast and tea.

I only didnot like that bathroom did not jave a shower curtain.

Nice, comfortable, spacious room. Construction of the shower makes it impossible to not make the whole bathroom wet when showering- but that might very well be just me problem. The location is quite good, but a bit of a walk to anything of interest.

Everything was perfect, the place is exactly like the photos, the lady was very friendly and they offered us plans to do Nothing

The hotel provides complimentary cookies and coffee, though the coffee was a bit overgrown at the bottom of the jar and couldn't be used. When I asked about more, they mentioned they didn't have any :(

The hotel is nice and has a very good location. The room was fine, it served the purpose. What I did not like was that they only left us two towels (we were two people) for the shower. All the hotels I have ever been in if you are two people, they leave you 2 towels per person + the towel for the bathroom for your hands. We required an additional towel for the bathroom (we did not even require an additional one for ourselves), they told us that we had to pay for it, which makes no sense at all. I know its just a minor thing but i do believe that these are the things that unfortunately you remember about the stay at the end of the day. Something so simple as giving us an extra towel...

Our bed sheets and towels had stains on them which was a little gross!

They came and cleaned everyday! Also, 7-11 is close! It was a little dirtier than I would have liked! Stains on our bed!

Clean and comfortable. Good location. We loved that they had complimentary snacks in the morning. The towels in the room were very old and stained and they charge 40,000 per extra towel; we didn’t appreciate that.
