Overall, a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable, within walking distance of many attractions, and the host was very friendly. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer on site. I would definitely stay here again—such an amazing value.

Such a lovely little homestay! The bed was more than comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and the creative design shows great attention to detail. The kitchen is well-equipped, with delicious tropical fruit and plenty of coffee options. The owner is amazing .. always smiling, helpful, and full of great local tips. She even cut fresh mango for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. Despite being close to the Old Town, China Market, and the riverside cafés, the place is surprisingly quiet (which I really appreciated as I’m sensitive to noise). They also kindly stored one of my bags while I traveled to the mountains. Highly recommended — I would happily stay here again! -

I can't believe the value for this place! The price was incredibly reasonable for the amount of space we had - a full 2-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. Most importantly - our hostess. She was one of the most incredible we've ever had. Every morning she would send us information about what was happening in the city. We saw the Flower Festival and a hidden walking street market because of her advice. She also responded to any questions incredibly quickly. There was fresh fruit, water, and coffee in the communal kitchen downstairs every day as well as free laundry (washer AND dryer!). The hotel itself is located down a cute little alleyway. Honestly, this was one of the best stays we've ever had in the more than 100 stays one our yearlong trips.

The staff were super pleasant and helpful, great facilities

Very clean. Incredibly warm, and helpful owner. She will help you with anything. Quiet at night. Very spacious room, more like a big studio apartment. The one thing I would change is to put window screens in the windows next to the beds. Because without the screens we We needed to put the AC on which isn’t nearly as comfortable as fresh air and always leaves me with a dry mouth. Window screens would’ve allow the windows to be open without having to worry about mosquitoes, which would have been been much nicer. That being said, we did have a great day here and the place is a fantastic value.

Nothing at all

Can be slightly noisy if a couple with young children are staying.

Cute hotel with warmth and character. The hostess made sure that we were comfortable & that there was always fresh fruit in the shared kitchen. Gorgeous parquet flooring & comfortable beds. Everything was wonderful.

Exceptional host who is constantly in touch with you and communicates well. We were a family of 5, and had the top floor rooms. It's like a mini apartment and microwave and fridge and sink. Ned is huge and 3 of us slept in the same bed. Walking distance to a mini street market where we ate finger food. No breakfast was provided but she left some bread, fruits and local sweet stuff for us Location is a little outside the city walls. Chose this place become it was a one night stop before heading outside the city.

Big bright room with a king size comfortable bed. Fruit and toast bread available in the downstairs kitchen so you can make a simple breakfast or snack. Good location close to the river and in walking distance to old town There was plenty of bottled water, but as we like to be travel sustainable we prefer to be able to refill our bottles. Way too much plastic use in the world and particularly in Thailand. Also there was no fan only air condition.

The hostess is very nice and responsive. Her English isn't perfect but she makes it work. She put out some local fruit each day that we really enjoyed. She also let us mail a FedEx to her. The room was spacious and great having our own bathroom. The kitchen and downstairs were nice and we largely had the place to ourselves. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the edge of Old Town. We also found a nearby night market outside of Old Town that was less touristy and we really enjoyed it. We would love to come back.
