Yesica was so much fun to talk to! And the older woman at front desk, who I unfortunately did not get her name, was so sweet and kind and funny, she was our favorite too! Room was exactly what we needed for our stay, somewhere to sleep and get ready to take on our adventures in Chicago :) great location and walking distance to so many spots! Thank you!

The look of the room was clean, but it had the worst mildew smell ever that stayed the whole time. And very outdated. Not worth what we spent for just one night.

Quiet atmosphere Comfortable room and bed Central location Friendly staff Easy check in Having to pay for the in room snacks

Nicest stay I’ve had in a very long time. Comfortable room and top quality bed. Staff was friendly and helpful.Great location. I would strongly recommend this place.

Exactly what I needed for a 4 day business trip and the restaurant downstairs has a great pub feel and the option to order to the room!

Very small room but a good location. Good for one night.

It was a wonderful experience and I’d definitely recommend it. I’d definitely love to comeback there and visit

This hotel was well located in Chicago, as the name implies. There was a handy lounge in the basement with a good coffee machine, and a pub next door for late evening dining and drinks. The room was spacious, and the bed comfortable. We rented two rooms for three adults, and the aircon in one of the rooms was noisy, while in the other room, it was quiet. My criticism is about the carpeting, which was tired and stained - my suggestion is to remove it and replace with a laminate floor or something easier to keep clean. But that is my only complaint, and I will consider returning to this hotel next time.

The location is nicely in the downtown area, and the staff were friendly. The reception on Tuesday morning helped me find another room as my booking was cancelled. My new room was clean and comfortable. My original booking was cancelled by the hotel because I did not show up at 12 o'clock midnight. My train arrived in the morning, and I thought I would have my room until the check-out time like all my experiences in other hotels.

Great location. Easy self check in process. Clean facilities. Phone app didn't always work as an electronic key. Parking wasn't the most convenient. Massive price changes as a friend tried booking the same room a week later and it was $300 more.
