I really liked the hotel, though the room was humid and the bathroom was very small.

The room was nice, breakfast was good. Love the decor and the employees I encountered were great! May be a coffee make in the room. Check the fridge-there was still someone’s left overs in the fridge still. The bathroom sink didn’t drain that well. The lamp outlets between the beds did not charge/work.

This is my first time in Chicago. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Midland Hotel. Customer service was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The food is so amazing and great size portions. I'm so glad my husband chose this hotel, we will definitely be back and make memorable memories in years to come

Very clean and the staff was very friendly No refrigerator or microwave in the room and the bathroom door would not close

Staff were friendly and nice upon check in. Hotel is very dated. Amenities and room features are limited. Closer to 3.5 star than 4 star hotel.

Good location. Not outlet. Eat one side of the bed. No mini fridge. One elevator did not stop on our floor, the button may have been broken. Super loud room next door. Was woken up a little before 3am. Informed front desk. Didn’t seem to stop.
