I loved my stay the only thing is I booked a room with a view and wasn’t given that once I arrived. Everything else was great !

Very clean, front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in when traveling!

Room was very nice. Street traffic was loud, even on 5th floor. "Convenience shop" was fully stocked. Very close to parking.

One male staff at the reception was a bit rude. No other issues!

I received a very large room with a small kitchen, microwave, closet, and a very spacious desk to work on. Great views from the corner room of the city. Breakfast was a joke, you get a voucher for 26 USD worth of food, which is good for nothing basically, a small egg, two toasts, and a coffee. So if we ignore the breakfast, the rest was great.

The staff were super helpful and amazing. My family went for an overnight (I had stayed before with my daughter) and the location, the room, it was all fantastic. The only mark down I gave it was because we stayed on a Sunday and the in house restaurant was closed until we would be checking out the next day. BUT it's across the street from a bajillion restaurants, so now worries!
