Everything. Beautiful property. Nothing - it was perfect.

The room was very nice and in very good condition. The bed was comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and yet was stuck in a room right next to the L (Chicago’s elevated train system). Not pleasant. Some staff seemed more argumentative than helpful. Only okay for $800 a night.

The room was so dirty that we felt uncomfortable staying so we immediately checked- out and did not stay. The front desk staff did not seem alarmed or concerned about the matter.

Good location, easy to access, restaurants and bar convenient.

I have stayed at the Drover in Fort Worth multiple times and it is an autograph collection Hotel as well. There’s just absolutely no comparison. The Drover is a five star Hotel This autograph collection in Chicago is at Best a four star, honestly I’m being kind it’s probably a 3.5 star. It definitely needs some upkeep. the inside looks like an older hotel the rooms need upgraded, the carpets need updated. The staff was friendly but in absolutely no way did they go above and beyond like they do at the Drover. but overall it was a nice stay. The restaurant at the hotel was very small. The food was decent, but it also needs a complete renovation. It is very outdated. In my opinion, not worth the autograph Hotel price that I paid. I expected something similar to the Drover in Fort Worth and it was definitely not that. I will say that the bellman whose name I cannot remember, he was a wonderful black gentleman. That honestly is what made me give it four star stars because he definitely went above and beyond in my opinion.

Great!

Ordered a room with 2 beds arrived and they only had one bed rooms left. Wife slept on the small couch I slept on a roll away bed(was that or floor)Our 2 female friends slept in the bed. Was offered $100 meal credit. But for the price of the room it ruined our stay. Other than that place was decent guy at check in was very nice.

If you want to be right in downtown the location is perfect , however, there are other parts of the city that are more fun to be , specially in the weekends
