I always love staying at the CitzenM wherever I'm traveling. Chicago was one of my favorites. Really nice space, nice rooms. Super accommodating staff. Diverse clientele and a great rooftop view.

The front desk staff was welcoming and very accommodating throughout my stay, and the bar staff was attentive and happy to accommodate my requests. I really appreciated the hospitality and how easy everything felt from check-in to check-out. The room was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for me as a solo traveler. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was fun, stylish, and relaxed, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend citizenM Chicago Downtown, especially for a solo trip. I’m already looking forward to staying again! It's perfect for solo travel…or with a little extra body heat.

This is my second stay here, and I can definitely say I’ll be back! The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. I’ll always stay here whenever I’m in town!

I like that it was in the city and it was accessible to every locations The mattress was so uncomfortable, it felt like a rock and the room was very tight. And they had only two little pillows.

Superb location very central. The rooms as always very clean . You get multiple options on which side you want your window looking to. Mine was Michigan Av which was awesome. Fun and art design in the lobby Price is on the higher end
