Great place to start a walking tour of downtown Chicago, get great coffee across the street, or lunch in Greektown, see the nightlife on a weekend. Parking is conveniently located just next to their drive up plaza drop off location.

The check-in staff were amazing. Friendly and efficient. The only negatives for the stay were: 1) parking with in & out privileges is limited. So don't count on that! 2) only half of the elevators were working, so expect to wait when going up or down. 3). Expect road noise due to proximity to the interstate.

Good stay, rooms and staff were decent. I was disappointed there isn’t a microwave as we were there 3 nights and needed one in our room. We found parking convenient and location was walkable to downtown. Enjoyed our stay and Chicago. Would stay again, just would love a microwave.

U pay all this money for a room and u get no free parking ( because the HOTEL spots were sold out...and u have to pay for continental breakfast
