Great room and location!

So happy with it choice, comfortable, safe clean and breakfast was great!

The hotel is nice and located in a great place. Unfortunately the breakfast ends before we were awake so we missed that and the parking prices were unbelievably high. We were going to use my daughter‘s car while we were in town but opted to Uber.

The staff were incredible! Chris the manager greeted all guests warmly. Demetrio at the bar gave terrific service. The breakfast staff was incredibly attentive to guests' needs. Well done!!

The location was great and Chris the general manager was so friendly and welcoming. He made a big difference in my experience. I loved the ease of check out and the breakfast was really good and had a variety of items. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen that was well stocked. The check in process for me and my second guest was challenging having booked through Booking.com. I tried to have my friend check us in while I parked and the card wouldn’t go through and they wouldn’t let her check in. Once I was there I had to insert the card. Apparently my communication via Booking.com also didn’t reach the hotel at all either as the third party communication is lacking.

Views of the city from the rooftop deck were awesome!

This property was ok bit nothing fancy that is for sure for what we paid we have had alot better..the breakfast was one of the worst couldn't eat the waffles they were hard when we were there the pool was closed down for maintenance would I stay here again NO there is much better for the money

Kitchenette with appliances Everything was great no complaints

Everything we needed. Most staff were awesome. Valet guys super great. Room was big and comfy. The ‘pantry’ to buy water/pop and other goods had a kiosk. It wouldn’t accept my room # so I asked the front desk and she literally could not charge waters to my room. She said it was a third party thing? So if the kiosk doesn’t work I guess you get nothing. Lol you should be able to charge waters or anything else to your room easily. Also, ground floor elevator area was a bit a mess. Empty and uninviting. Would suggest more comfy places to sit while you wait for your valet or the elevator (which was very slow always). Not a big deal…we would stay again. The goods outweighed that bad.

Our stay was great! We were there for two nights due to the storm. My kids loved the pool, and the hotel was busy but lowkey.

All black staff, very inviting. Close and affordable parking. Had the pool alone, nice outside deck to chill and grill along with smores. Breakfast is ideal but a little sauced up

Room was very nice, staff was pleasant. Free breakfast was sub par in a few areas and street level entrance had a very unpleasant smell souring an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The area around the hotel is walkable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is courteous.

My stay at the Hyatt House was great. With spacious clean rooms, friendly staff, good amenities, and breakfast varieties your stay in the heart of Chicago will be one full of adventure and memories.

Nice size rooms and loved the sitting area/kitchenette size. Nice outdoor roof deck.
