The AC in the room did not work and made our stay miserable . When asked for a refund the hotel disregarded the request and advised they can help us next time. Our stay was not pleasant at all as we sweat all night and our room was very humid .

The Yubune room is a must. The bathtub is a game changer & why I chose Nobu but The team here delivered a very high quality 5 star hotel experience. Every time I talked to someone even briefly I was very impressed by the customer service, always felt warm… non robotic, sophisticated customer service. Birthday amenity was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel & that saying something to be the best at anything in the world of 5 star hotels mean I was blown away by the generosity of the birthday bottle of Laurent Perrier, chocolates & beautiful paper cranes! The property is smaller but the quality of the craftsmanship is successful in delivering on a relaxing luxury stay.

Unhelpful and aloof staff, woken up at 9 am by housekeeping trying to clean the room when checkout is at 11, 3rd floor room felt like a basement due to window design and location, non functional light fixtures in public areas and room.

Rooms and beds are always so nice. Very calming and always get a good night’s sleep. I’ve always had a great experience. One detail which falls short is the toilet paper is very rough. Aside from this detail everything else surpasses my expectations.

What else is there to say – it’s the coolest, chicest hotel in Chicago. Prime west loop location and excellent staff. We got a huge suite so we were particularly spoiled but the amenities for everyone were nice and incomparably maintained

We had a terrific weekend stay! The staff was so friendly and the room was wonderful with a very comfortable bed. Location is very convenient, as well.

Great location for the West Loop. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Will be staying here again!

The room and the property in general are beautiful and lived up to the brand's lofty reputation. We were really surprised by the rudeness of the person who picked up the phone when we had a check-in question -- that was not typical of a five-star establishment. The food was also disappointing. We ordered room service and hot food was delivered cold; no water was included with the meal and no additional hot water was included for tea. We've stayed in three-star places that were less stingy with these simple things. Although the place is gorgeous we probably wouldn't go back.
