They need to figure out a better parking garage system!!!!

Almost good. Kinda of antiseptic. Not nice enough to be a great hotel and not homey enough to be an apartment. Odd configuration and limited hotel hospitality

Only issues was parking was $68 a day, plus incidental holds of $200 per day. Security is strong and is close to Fulton Market and we would walk over to the RiverWalk every day As the hotel is permanent residents and renters security is job 1. Problems you have to go to the third floor to get a baggage cart and you have to leave your drivers license, which I didn’t care for and to get into the garage you have to call security and more than once no one answered and you had to go into the building and find them. For the money your room key or a key pad should allow you in.

Excellent front desk staff. Great place, very clean with a touch of everyday luxury. Highly recommend!

The property was wonderful and the proximity to Fulton Market can't be beat. The staff were always helpful when we had questions and when I faced an unexpected event they were understanding and accommodating. If you are looking for a space where you can spread out, be outdoors, and have beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend Level Fulton Market. We loved the pool and variety of outdoor spaces as well as lounge areas that allowed our group to have separate hang out areas. While you are of course in the heart of the city, the noise fell to the background and we had no issues sleeping or feeling rested. Everything was comfortable and clean. Easy walking to the best dining in the city.

My go to place to stay. Luxurious, travel-friendly rooms, excellent pool/hot tub area outside, and great workout facilities. Fantastic location next to Fulton Market. The desk staff is always exceptional and helpful.

Overall a good experience with a clean room in a good location. Staff always welcoming and cheerful. Only a few very minor issue such as a delay in getting items which weren't in the room such as wine glasses and clean towels.

Pictures are misleading. Our “suite” had only modest separation between the bed and sofa bed. The description should have been a studio or junior suite.
