Rooms was very nice and clean. Staff was nice and helpful in every way.

There were no towels and bath soap in our room…I call the front desk and they send me the things an hour after …

I felt that the breakfast was overpriced for the limited options that was presented. Other than that everything was good

Safe comfortable stay the views were really nice and I love that the breakfast was included. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Parking was a little pricey (around $60+), but it did include unlimited in-and-out privileges, which was convenient. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a microwave in every room or make it more clear during the reservation process that guests should request one if needed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt it was a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean room, good staff and overall enjoyable experience

We never had enough bath towels and the bathroom fan did not work.

Upon arrival, we noticed the towels were already dirty. Also, front desk did not properly enter my vehicle info for the parking garage they have across the street. TV was leaning slightly on the wall. Hotel seems to be a very old motel style building with “upgraded” modern features. Don’t waste your money!!

The Staff was helpful, but the guy at check-in (late) must have been new because he had technical difficulties with the computer, thought my reservatio was for 2 nights (it was for 4), charged the deposit to my card twice, and had to request and wait for help from his manager in order to finish the check-in. Loved having water bottle refill stations around the hotel. It's kind of annoying to have to use 2 elevators to get to the rooms, especially when a lot of people are waiting. But I guess that adds a level of security that is missing by not requiring room keys to access the elevator to the rooms. Didn't have any meals or use the bar at the hotel. The little convenience store doesn't have much to choose from. Nice, convenient access to the Riverwalk!

The staff was amazing and the stay was so relaxing and easy. The bar was nice and peaceful. Definitely will be back!

Hotel was very clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. My view of the river was outstanding. Would stay at Voco again.

Small issue with rain water leaking into my room but maintenance come to check it out less than 5 minutes after I reported the issue and management provided a break on the bill overall 4.5 stars

For 900$ for one night we had nothing but troubles

Good location - easy walk to multiple places in the city plus a very short walk to a Brown Line station.

That has no parking

We booked through Expedia and chose a double queen with a walk in shower pictured. Unfortunately, these rooms only have tub/shower combo. I was instructed to follow up with the front desk and Heidi was extremely helpful and professional. Our room was promptly changed to a King with a wonderful city view. Because of her willingness to be so helpful, she elevated our stay and made our time spent much more enjoyable. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Hotel amenities are extremely convenient. The location is great to be away from the congestion but perfect for ride share pick up and walking along the river.
