The water pressure in our room was hopeless but everything else about our room and the property was perfect. The amenities (gym, pool, etc) were amazing and our room was a great size and had a very comfortable bed

Front desk staff where very unprofessional - friends of theirs hanging out at the desk and when asked for assistance it was as if we were bothering them. housekeeping staff was excellent and attentive when we had to ask for extra bedding and towels since we were 4 not 2pp - these extra items should have been in the room at check in. Pool deck, hot tub, exercise room and sauna/steam area are all top notch. We really loved the concept but would have liked more of a customer service oriented stay.

The hotel had everything we needed. I do think it could be a super cold place to try to sleep in the winter with all the glass walls. It was cold at night even in August. It was also incredibly loud all throughout the night. I was glad I thought to bring a few warm layers and earplugs. The people working at the front desk and around the hotel were all super friendly and welcoming.

First time staying here and we were not disappointed at all. We were upgraded to a two room suite and the view was spectacular! Beds were super comfortable with soft bedding and the room had everything we needed. The staff were all really friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay again.

The amenities were perfect and the view was amazing beautiful room and perfect location. Odd stains on bedroom closet and floor could be cleaned better and looked at. Room 904

I was only there for one night, but the room I stayed in was super clean and had everything I would need - washer/dryer, full kitchen, living space. I did use the office space in the building to take a few work calls before I was able to check in, which was a really nice perk. Also, close distance to many things around Chicago. I would stay here again!

Great location and Amazing amenities

From the staff to the room and how accessible we were to the city 10/10 would absolutely be back!

Loved everything about this space! Just look at this breathtaking view. Photos and videos can’t even come close to the real thing. Washer and dryer, fully functional kitchen with nespresso maker, beautiful bathrooms, super comfortable beds, impressively quiet, and the balcony! Perfect location for walking (or short uber ride) to everything. Rooftop pool and hot tub were amazing. Rooms The rooms were massive, beds were so comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location It’s in a perfect location for walking and enjoying the city, without being over crowded. Parking The parking was the only struggled; you have to call and hope someone at the front desk will answer to let you into the garage. It took several calls and walking back into the lobby to get access. Can improve We also didn’t get our free bottle of wine that was promoted on the Expedia listing. There were a lot of spiders on the balcony, but they were harmless web spinners. Amenities The rooftop pool and hot tub added an extra layer of fun to the experience. We didn’t get a chance to experience the arcade, but that was a cool amenity. Noise level Super quiet. The staff Super impressed with the staff, who read my note about this being a special trip, and then giving us a room that exceeding our expectations.

Its location is perfect for walking downtown Chicago and the building amenities are excellent including the pool and games room. It could have been cleaner and the oven didn’t work.

Exceptional

The only thing that was negative was it took forever to check in and limited parking by the lobby entrance.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in my life. I came here for the first time to Chicago and me and my girl. Upon arrival they gave us a complementary room upgrade. Where are they doing that at so as you can see, I am very happy with our stay so I will recommend this hotel to anybody and I think we might even come back here again. You know any they have good amenities

Awesome pool- the view of the city was what prompted us to book. The condo was very clean and modern. Location was great- close to the brown line and bus stops, also walkable to riverwalk. The master bedroom’s blinds are 3 separate panels- which don’t line up well to the windows, so the city and pool lines shone brightly into the room all night long. No one could really utilize the pullout couch in the living room because there were only sheer window coverings, which meant it was BRIGHT all night long. The second bedroom had no windows or venting, so it got hot if you tried to close the door.

Loved it

We had such a great stay! Only complaint was one of the blinds would not shut in one of the bedrooms, but we understood it was probably not fixable in the 2 days we were there. We were also upgraded to a better room upon arrival! Overall 10/10!
