I had a very bad experience with this hotel. Outdated & looks a little dirty.
-
Staff were great. Hotel is just very old and noisy.

Location The room smells really bad
-
The rooms were comfortable and clean but this hotel offers a basic level of amenity. It is nevertheless very conveniently located to explore the city and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
-
The staff were very professional and helpful.
-
No mini frig which was inconvenient, room frequently smelled like smoke due to the people across the hall. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and quiet.hallways had a little of an off smell.
-
Location was good to restaurants and conference center, coffee in lobby No microwave, no refrigerator, entrance steps to check in were not good for handicap person and super hard to get up, Clerk at check out was not pleasant, elevator was so hot, would not stay here again.

Staff was wonderful. Great location. Food at bar inside was delicious. Pizza a must!
-
Very nice stay, staff were nice. Will be back for sure
-
Great location, room was clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. We got there too early for normal check-in but because they had too many bags and could not store ours, they let us into our room early so we could still go explore. Would stay again.

Clean and quiet.

The manager at checkout was nice. Hotel was not ADA compliant. My travel companion fell in the lob dye to there being not ramp available for the steps and her scooter. The bathroom smelled of urine abs the window did not lock. There was a board used at the top of the window so that the window only opened so far. Worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in.

Wallace, the concierge was very friendly and helpful. He called a cab for us when the app wasn't cooperating and we needed help. The rooftop viewing area is beautiful as is the view from the pool. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful and drinks and dessert were yummy! My only complaint about the hotel is that the hallways and our room smelled musky, we had to go by air freshener to help manage the smell.

Staff were friendly they come to fix AC but it still doesn’t work. House cleaning never cleaned our room, our body wash was empty we asked but never get refilled. Parking lot was great.
-
Overall our stay was very good, the only issues we had was that there was no clock in the room and the elevator going to the pool was not working properly.
-
Pros The hotel location is great. Everyone on staff was super nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I really liked the tile in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap were low fragrance which was nice. There’s a juice bar open until 9am and coffee (decaf and regular) served all day as well as hot water for tea, and various creamers and sugars. The lemonade was fire! I didn’t get a chance to go but there’s an indoor pool and rooftop terrace. I will have to check it out next time. Less Than Ideals The room I stayed in could definitely use some retouches in terms of paint and caulking but it made no impact on my stay. The hotel and lobby are disconnected and there are stairs up to the front desk which made check-in and check-out slightly more involved. Not a major deal but something to note. The elevator is a bit cramped and very warm in August. I wish there was a mini fridge to store leftovers, but not a dealbreaker and it wasn’t an amenity listed on the website anyway. Overall, great hotel for the price. I really enjoyed my stay and how friendly the staff was.
-
With that said, the security bar lock was loose and not secure. I also didnt like not having a new bottle of body wash that had dried soap at the tip of the pump. The room was clean but had a slight odor. Overall, my stay wasn't bad.
