Very clean and beautiful. Conveniently located. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby that you can walk to. Beatrix restaurant has the best lemon cookie that I’ve ever had!!

Price, location, staff Phone didn’t work and blinds stuck but were fixed in a reasonable time. And would not accept a Visa gift card

Hotel oversold the rooms and while I was at dinner the day I was checking in sent a note saying they would not have a room and they booked me in a hotel a mile away. The other hotel was not of the same level as the Aloft and while it was fine, it should have been comped versus paying $1000 for 2 nights in a less nice hotel.
