Nice place to stay. Great location. However the fire station across the street sends lots of trucks out - if sirens wake you up easily bring earplugs. There was a pair of earplugs provided on the nightstand too.

Shower water pressure was not great, but the property was clean and well maintained. Staff was polite and free breakfast for the 2 mornings I was there was great. Breakfast included hot scrambled eggs, bagels and breads with a toaster and oatmeal. Location in the middle of downtown can walk to great food and dessert locations

The staff were wonderful and so friendly! Our family suite was not available and they upgraded us to 2 spacious rooms for the same price. Fantastic location with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do.

Very nice front desk staff, walking in with smile and say hello. Breakfast staff are super nice and warm welcome. The location is excellent, close to everything Chicago downtown, walk only 7 minutes to river cruise dock. There are so many restaurants around and relatively it is quiet during night. You can find plenty of parking lot with less expensive price sone even have overnight in and out.
