Location was excellent. Waking distance to variety of restaurants. It is located in downtown so only option for parking was $79 daily valet parking. Breakfast was really good but seats were limited.

Everything about my day was very good, except for the price. For reason reasons that I do not understand, this room, which was apparently the last available room in the city of Chicago cost me over $800. This room ordinarily should cost somewhere between $200 and $300 at most. I don’t understand why this room was so incredibly ridiculously expensive. I was at the end of my rope because I had a legal appointment in Chicago on June 24 at 8 o’clock, and I absolutely needed to be able to be there so I could not stay at a hotel way out in the suburbs, so I really didn’t think I had any choice other than to book this room at this insane rate. I had spoken to someone at Hyatt on the phone but that person could only find me something far away. So I jumped on Jotels.com to see if I could find ANYTHING at a better location or lower price, and this was the only room I could find.

Great location ; Friendly staff and great valet service . Really enjoyed our stay .

Good location for all we wanted to do. Elevator 1 of only 2 broke down in the morning - huge wait line for only working one resulted - my 77 year old husband climbed 9 flights to get more coffee to me before it got cold. Ridiculous to only have two elevators. Check in was terrible - no help from desk staff - waited an hour for room to be ready- finally said “give us ANY room”.

Location rooms were separated quite a bit 8 floors
