Nice, spacious room for 3 people to all have their own bed/couch. Good location.

Overall it was nice stay. The staff was really nice and attentive. We were able to drop off luggage before check in so we could roam around downtown in our activities we had planned before 4pm check-in. The breakfast was good and had many options. The only thing I think is an opportunity for the hotel would be to upgrade their side beds. The one in our room had a dip so I had to try to find a spot that was comfortable and could feel the springs. That would be my only complaint.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias y están muy limpias. El desayuno es bueno, hay mucha variedad.

The overall quality was good, the hotel’s location was very convenient, the room space had 2 queen beds. The room can fit 4 people (2 adults and 2 teens), additionally the cleaners were very efficient and tidied up well. But I found one thing that was unexpected, there was a hand lotion in the bathroom that seemed to be left there by a previous guest or was simply just unclean, with dark marks around the edges and rim.

Great location and amenities. Staff went above and beyond

There is no safe box in the rooms.

The valet and reception staff were very helpful and kind. They made the process easy. We were able to immediately check in. Our room was spacious, clean and updated. The location put us within a 10-20 minute walk from everything we wanted to do. They had the best breakfast buffet for any hotel I’ve been to and I loved the aesthetics of Ema.

Conveniently located. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean with a great view. The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable for an adult, but probably no different than any other pull out bed. Free breakfast was nice although the dining room was a bit cramped / crowded in the AM. It is a family friendly stay at a good price for the area. We would stay here again.

Rating: 1 / 5 Stars I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with our recent stay. For a hotel charging $300 per night, the level of service, basic room amenities, and incident management were completely unacceptable. 1. Loss of Personal Property & Negligence Housekeeping threw away my shoe bag containing 10 pairs of shoes. Losing all of our footwear completely spoiled our trip, as we were forced to wear the same shoes with every single outfit for the remainder of our stay. 2. Dishonesty and Poor Service Recovery The way management and staff handled this situation made a terrible event significantly worse: Initial Denial: Staff initially denied that the incident ever occurred. Dismissive Investigation: When I insisted they check security footage, they claimed they saw nothing on camera. Reluctant Admission: Only after continuous pushing from my end did they finally acknowledge their mistake. 3. Frustrating Refund Process & Lack of Ownership As compensation, the hotel agreed to a 2-night refund, but getting that resolved was an unnecessary battle: The manager repeatedly kept me waiting and failed to send a timely confirmation email. I ultimately had to coordinate through Expedia customer support, who had to step in, liaise with hotel staff, and process the refund on the hotel’s behalf. 4. Lack of Basic Amenities At a $300/night price point, basic necessities were noticeably absent.
