The premium king room was amazing! Had so much space to move around and the two mirrors is a game changer for a group of girls getting ready! Would definitely stay again

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and the room was clean. The air conditioner cover clicked when it ran so that was a touch annoying. Had a view of the next door brick wall which wasn’t expected and made the room less inviting. Great location for the river walk and millennial park

I had a 5am flight, I come downstairs to check out and no one in sight. Knocked on the office door only to be met rudely with yeah you need something I say yes I would like to check out and leave my keys. Who checks out at 3am says the staff

This hotel was great. Our room was soooo quiet, it was lovely sleeping. Close to the trains, but far enough not to hear them. Easy walk to the river and lots of local places to eat. The free breakfast was nice. Parking was the only challenge, there's a garage across the way, but read the rules about coming and going.

Front desk manager did not appear to want to answer any questions. Poor attitude. We checked-in 2 bags before our room was ready - she only gave us 1 ticket. We were told that we would be texted if a room was ready before 3pm, but we were not notified (even though we were able to check-in at 2pm, with the assistance of a friendly front desk associate).

The people working the days we were there were very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here. Rooms weren’t to expensive for the area.
