Beautiful and clean hotel with very nice staff. Great location and we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed out stay overall. Our only complaint was the rain, but that’s irrelevant to the hotel :). I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and I would actually book here again! The room was nice, the small kitchen was adorable, the breakfast being included was perfect and the fact that so many restaurants were located within walking distance was perfect! Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all !!!

Beautiful hotel, kind staff, delicious breakfast with ample seating in the dining room and a great location! 7 Eleven is probably 200 ft away for! And the Chicago trade center is such a nice place to take pictures. The train station is probably a 20 minute walk but a 6 min drive! It was perfect for us!

The only real issue we had was our shower and the elevators. The shower in our unit had two heads, one standard, and one wand. The wand mount did not stay in place and would rotate on its own under pressure, the first shower attempt ended up soaking the mirror, vanity, and everything I had organized on the counter which was a disappointment - but we didn’t use the wand for the rest of our stay. The only other issue was the elevators - only two were operable on check in - only one the final two days of our stay. They had signs up that they were working on it - so I don’t imagine this is a long term issue for future stays. I would book this hotel again - and depending on our next Chicago itinerary, will be back in early 2027

The hotel was in perfect location of the things we wanted to do. And the hotel was nice and clean. We had a room with a pull out bed and the pull out bed was horrible! you could feel every spring in the bed and the pillows were completely flat. But besides the pull out bed the two full beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were nice and friendly which was great. However one of the valet staff was completely rude! Very unprofessional and may beed training on how to talk to people!...Besides this one staff the other valet workers were great. If you chose this hotel or coming to Chicago period make sure to look into the parking. This specific hotel changes for both days $78 a night and only allows you to come in and out 2 times a day for both days. Overall my experience in this hotel was ok.

It was pretty cool, close to a lot of things When we got there they downgraded the room I paid for the first night I booked a hotel room that was for a 1 bedroom because we had a kid with us so I paid the extra money to get that room but we didn’t receive that room, the guy only gave 50 in credits when I should of got refunded for the first night or at least a decrease in the price I paid, the room on the first night had all this stuff in the tub

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Hotel is clean and the complementary breakfast was amazing. Great location and would not hesitate to come back.
-
Elevators need some TLC badly, sounds like its going to break and the wire sounds flexing, rooms clean, nice updated rooms no smell, breakfast was very good, only thing is they never told us about the money down of 250 for the night and take 10+ days to get your money back, only take cards no cash deposit, everything you pay is used by a card no cash approved
-
Location is only the real value! The carpets in the room were very old, dirty and at places torn! We had to request at least 3 times on a day to get towels. In our 5 nights stay, the housekeeping was done only once. The staff is mostly apathetic and mostly ignores you.

Beds were making lot of noise

The hotel is in an amazing location. So many great bars, restaurants, and theaters all around. Very walkable. The hotel itself is nice. The common area are very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable and clean. However, the carpet in the room and the living area furniture were not clean at all. I would not sit on the furniture and was glad I brought extra socks to wear at all times in the room. A good upholstery and carpet cleaning is desperately needed

Good breakfast, clean and spacious room
-
Great location, room was in perfect shape with comfy beds. Breakfast (included) was one of the best I’ve seen.
-
Pa Work group enjoyed facility.
-
It was near Union station Had 2 televisions Employees were extremely helpful. I’m on oxygen 24/7 and their input saved me a lot of anxiety. Dining facilities are weird. We ate dinner at the bar as did many patrons. Place needs some upgrades and sunshine. Very dark inside. Breakfast buffet was great! If you couldn’t find anything to eat, you weren’t hungry.
-
The breakfast was really good Only 2 elevators working, considering how busy is this hotel you need to fix it so we don’t have to wait to long for the elevator.
-
Nice and clean. Larger room than expected. Considerate and helpful staff.
-
Some elevators out of service
