Location is fantastic for shopping and restaurants. Room clean. Layout of hotel is odd. To leave my room and walk out of the lobby is a 2 elevator and 300 step journey. From the check-in desk to the lobby bathroom is roughly 70 steps to get to it. Lobby bathroom is not well maintained. Doors don't function/lock. Overall though great value, great breakfast, I'd recommend them.

The room is clean especially, the bath room. However the sheet on the sofa bed was not change.

Excellent location

The hotel has a very good location if you need to go for tourism or the main business area of Chicago. The breakfast is very simple and typical of other American hotels, however, for a Hilton, I expected more. The need to use two different elevators to get to the room. First you go from the main entrance to the lobby, then you walk and get a second elevator to the room area. A bit strange.

Family friendly. Breakfast was pretty good and had decent amount of options. They have a pool which is a bonus for the kids. Rooms were clean and a good size for families.

Parking was challenging due to heavy traffic but expected based on location

The breakfast selection and dinner reception were absolutely wonderful.

Very old, need new bath room. Don’t like the target charge.

The free drinks timings are a bait, very inconvenient for someone who’s visiting the city. Additionally, $25 per day hidden mandatory fee pushes customers to use or lose the money, again not a customer centric approach. Will never prefer staying there.

Convenient location for us. Spacious room. The pillows. Too small. A/C too cold at outset!
