We loved this hotel! The rooms were well appointed, immaculate, and comfortable. The location was perfect, allowing for easy access to Chicago’s major attractions. What was over the top, was service! We had called the front desk for an extra robe, which was delivered to our room within 5 minutes!! That’s unheard of! This level of service continued throughout our stay, and it was always service with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel!

I’m big on staying at a clean hotel, and this one definitely met my expectations. The hotel had a clean, polished, luxury feel, and the location was incredibly convenient. Definitely felt like I got my money’s worth, and I’ll absolutely be staying here.

First time staying here with our 1-year-old, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms and a great location. The only downside was that the pool was still under construction.

The Loews Hotel is great. The location was excellent, conveniently located to the Magnificent Mile. The hotel is very clean. Room was very comfortable. Staff were quite helpful and polite. I really had no complaints.

The hotel has an amazing view with panoramic windows. Location is very good - in the center. Beds are comfortable. No breakfast is included.
