We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located in a good location on the river and is a great location for those wanting to walk. The room was clean and felt comfortable but I wish this hotel had better coffee.

Great location. Riverwalk/Lake front access right across the street. Outstanding service. Convenient breakfast bar.
-
absolutely perfect hotel to enjoy my first time in chicago ! Dezi upgraded my room and we were so happy with her and all the other staff that helped us out !
-
Hotel was great with a bar and restaurant. Really enjoyed the view. We were upset though because we searched for a hotel with a pool and had plans for it but upon arrival the pool was removed in 2019 but is still on the site.

The daily $30 urban experience fee is just weird. The shower was tiny…like small closet tiny. The facilities were decent but updating is in order. The full sized bath tub and shower could be combined as a much needed upgrade to the bathroom. Try the Paloma at the bar Amuse. Made with their own honey in lieu of agave. All in all not a bad stay and great location for me

Location and view from room. Some small items that could use touch up from facilities. In addition, the beds are too small and soft.

Convenient location, accessible to city! Horrible when it comes to charges! They charge you for everything and don’t even make you aware of it… in short I prepaid my room, still got charged multiple times!

The hotel was very modern and clean. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Chicago. Our room was very nice with a good view. It was quiet and comfortable.

Excellent customer service all around, handsome, comfortable room, nice beverage options at bar in lobby Amazed a property of this caliber has powdered creamer in room.

The location was good There was no pool breakfast was expensive no microwave and if we wanted one it would have been an additional $35. That should’ve been included in the price or at least have a community microwave.

The location was fantastic with views of Navy Pier and the Riverwalk and close proximity to both, and Mag Mile and other landmarks. The hotel was exceptionally clean and safe. The rooms were an excellent size and the bathroom was lovely. This was our first trip to Chicago and overall it was great. As far as the room, the only negative was poor lighting. I feel like there were a number of hidden fees that were not fully disclosed when using Booking.com to make the reservations. It was not until I arrived and I was charger extra that I found out about the additional charges, which was disappointing. I would have liked to know this during planning.
