Elevators kinda small but everything else was excellent

Great breakfast, continent location

Perfect location to walk to many Chicago sights. Very comfy bed and beautiful bathroom with an excellent shower. Their breakfasts were top notch!

The hotel is located in a great part of Chicago, in the theater district and within walking distance of other attractions such as The Art Institute, Cloud Gate (the "Bean") and parks as well as the former Marshall Field department store, now a Macy's flagship store. Shopping and restaurants are in the neighborhood, including the Berghoff, a classic German restaurant with a great history.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our tv did not work and twice I had to go to the front desk to ask about it, but the worker didn’t really care. She asked me to try to hold the remote at an angle, which I did and it still did not work. When I told her that she said well if you’re Hilton Honors I can give you some points. I said I’m not and then she didn’t say anything. Nothing was rectified and we weren’t compensated at all for the tv not working. Never offered to come into the room and help fix it - nothing. Breakfast spot is cute and has options but way too small and crammed. The location of this hotel is great though as everything is in walking distance.

Exceptional

Breakfast included, but standard hotel buffet… it was okay. Clean but dated rooms. Minimal amenities in room, who needs two extra telephones? No microwave. Comfortable bed. Quiet environment, no street noise. Seems overpriced for what it is.

The location The breakfast . Europeans don’t like this type of breakfast on plastic gear and nothing healthy in choice except some small yoghurt supermarket type in plastic

Hotel is historic, and decently kept. Not dirty, but could be better kept up with. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to.

Great location While the property benefits from a great location and a comfortable room, the overall experience fell short of expectations for the price. The amenities and products provided were quite basic, making it difficult to feel that the stay offered good value for the amount paid. Price does not justify amenities and products used in room

Big comfortable beds I didn't like location it is away from main turistic attractions, only big skysacrapers around.

Location was exactly where we needed to be in the city. I have zero complaints!
