Great Place, great location, great view of the city.

Phone didnt work. Couldn't call for help or extra amenities. Valet who said they were 24/7 were not and left me with my car for the whole night I was out and about. Staff was no help even after bring these things to their attention. I would not opt in staying here again.

Our go-to hotel in the south loop area! Love being so close to Museum Campus and the wonderful views the area has to offer, and Eleven City Diner is across the street and a must! Will definitely be back!

The room was a great size and clean!! The equipment in the gym such as the treadmill could use a little maintenance but overall lovely stay.

The listing said the room would come with Netflix. It did not. This was the entire reason we picked this hotel. I am extremely displeased.

Very nice views! Loved every moment

I arrived early and requested an early check in- we had a rough flight and my 75 year old mom was not feeling the best and needed to rest. I was told that the room would not be ready until 4p. So my mom had to sit in the lobby and try to rest for almost 3 hours. I asked for a pillow for her comfort and was told by an employee sure no problem and none was brought. When we were finally able to check in at 345p the room was NOT freshly cleaned it had been cleaned and sat for a while - you can tell by the smell - and the cobweb in the shower stall. The shower stall had black mold on the caulk. I reserved the room for 3 people and there was not enough towels for 3 people. Very disappointing for the price I paid to stay there.

Personnel courtois mais qui fait le minimum demandé. Un seul restaurant dans l’hôtel et aucun à proximité. Très bien situé pour les transports en commun. Cependant très bruyant car l’hôtel est situé entre deux lignes de trains; un train qui fait un vacarme d’avion, et l’autre train siffle régulièrement, et ce, 24/24. Superbe belle grande chambre avec vue époustouflante.

Very nice, clean hotel. Location is good for walking to most of the local attractions if you are checking out the area. We had 0 issues during our stay, thankful that we had a room with a nice view of the city, it was wonderful!

Great stay

Staff was excellent -- very helpful. The cafe was darling and not too expensive. The lobby was too small. The pool was also a little small. But everything else was wonderful.
