Excellent value for money. Great location, clean, great amenities (pool, gym), suites, has everything you need.
-
Great hotel my only advice is don’t get a rental just uber because you’ll come out of money paying for valet and parking. I learned my lesson for sure

The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed that part of my stay. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The bed was broken, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I also had to rely on a couple of pillows to try to get comfortable. Additionally, the room and several of the amenities were very dusty and did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. I expected the room to be cleaner and the bed to be in good working condition. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

Cons- when I arrived at about 5 PM my room was not ready, that was very disappointing. Had to wait another half an hour. I’ve never had that happen in my life, especially that late in the evening. They offered no complementary upgrades at all or meals or anything. I wish my king size suite was a tiny big bit bigger, when you have four people in a room and you pull out that bed, not a lot of room anymore and bathroom is right next to the king size bed. Pool and hot tub area was great however it really had a strong chlorine smell. I had to prop one of the doors open just to vent the area. Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice. The valet parking staff and service were amazing no issues there. It was so nice not having to worry about parking!!!

Best part was the Valet he was doing the job of parking the car a Doorman and taking our luggage to the room the room was ok I did like the full size refrigerator and kitchen lighting was very dim breakfast was good but small area no one knew wich way to go needed one way sinage lots of places to walk to dinner and a Trader Joes and walking distance to Melanial Park Shedds Aquarium Field Museum and Lakefront and you could see the fireworks from the end of the hallway on Wednesday and Saturday certainly was worth the price from this website small splash pool no hot tub

This hotel was a 15-20 minute walk from Shedd, Field, and a bit further from Solider Field but still doable. The breakfast was convenient and fairly good. We did have a very loud air conditioner unit that kept waking us up throughout the night. I think if it wasn’t so loud, we would have rated higher but no one got good rest the two days we stayed.

Room was very clean with a beautiful view. Staff was nice and helpful especially during check in when there was a slight issue with the booking site we used. Got it all taken care of quickly and easily. Breakfast was just standard but the staff was very nice. Good location. Felt very safe and secure here. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the city. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Went with a family of 5. Room was nice. Breakfast was different each day.
-
Love the clean room, kitchen, and the view from the room. Breakfast is good and changed everyday. The room has everything we need. Staff at reception can be improved. I arrived 9am, went to go to reception at least 5 times , and finally getting the room at 4.30pm. them to call is when the room is available, but she said no, you have to keep coming to ask.

-

-
Hotel is centrally located in walking distance to many points of interest and attractions. We walked to many of them including places to eat. Everything was good

Our room was extremely spacious and clean. The water pressure was very good. The beds were soft, and the views were lovely. They were able to accommodate an early check in for us, which we appreciated a lot. The breakfast was actually quite good, some of the best free breakfast I’ve had. Perfect location if you like walking everywhere. Only complaint is the TV. That TV was OLD. Netflix didn’t work. Youtube logged us out everytime we turned off the TV. They have cable, which is cool I guess. Just not what we wanted. Very nice staff. Overall I would give our stay an 8.5/10.
