A very spacious comfortable room. Renovated furniture, but not the shower head. There was a smell in the toilet when we came, I thought it was not cleamned, but it could be a problem of ventillation

The staff was amazing and the food from the Placery was really good. The property itself could use an update. The window in my room was cracked with a bad repair and the air conditioner was very loud and did very little to cool off the room. The room needed to be updated.

Como todos los hoteles de la línea Hyatt Place las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno con algunos platos calientes que permiten balancear un desayuno completo en las mañanas con un café excelente. Sin embargo la propiedad es vieja y no ha tenido tan buen mantenimiento. Las habitaciones no las limpian todos los días. Hay que estar solicitando que lo hagan y aún así es un mantenimiento básico, mucho que desear de un hotel de esta categoría.

Love that the staff remembers us when we return 1 or 2 a year from Nebraska. Always do kind and helpful with my disabled daughter.

My rooms were not clean until 3 days into my stay, I feel that they should be ccheck daily

Could have been cleaner. We did have a pet friendly room but the carpet was very stained… our dog is very much potty trained I was worried this may have changed that… also breakfast was not very good

Nothing I was driving from ohio so i booked beforehand and i arrived around 5 o’clock in the morning nobody was in the lobby and after 15 mins old guy show up preparing for breakfast and he barely checked me in and key was not working and came back and ask for new key and he said he was trying before and couldn’t open the door for other customers and he said hotel is fully booked and i ask him then why u didnt keep a room for me if u know the room cannot be oppened and he said he will try with master key and coulnt open again now i have to wait untill 3 pm for next day reservation and end up sleeping in my car i am really frustrated and they said they cant do anything very bad management and very bad place

The maintenance man just walked in our door without knocking. The refrigerator wasn't working, and neither was the TV or air conditioning ( unless it was down on 62).

I booked my trip back in January. We planned to stay the weekend in Hoffman Estates because my daughter graduated the weekend of May 17. We were expected to check in May 16, and before we arrived for check in the hotel was already trying to process a payment. I’ve never booked anyplace and a payment was collected before I could even arrive. They made 3 attempts and they were all declined because I keep my card locked for obvious reasons. Someone from the hotel ended up calling and asking if I was still arriving and to secure my reservation the payment needed to be made because they were all booked up for the weekend. I assumed my reservation was secure when I booked through Expedia back in January. Nonetheless I let them process the payment before arriving and once I got to the hotel I was asked did need a King suite or Double bed. That made absolutely no sense to me because I booked for a Double bed suite and they sweated me all morning for the payment. This hotel was so out dated. No microwave in the rooms. The pool area needs to be updated.
