El cuarto esta muy bien, amplio. Tele amplia lo que no me agrado es que en la estancia de 5 días solo fueron 1 día a limpiar el cuarto el último día tocaron pero muy temprano, seguíamos dormidos, la comida no es mala pero siempre es lo mismo

For the price - it was adequate. The service was as expected, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the fitness center had working equipments. Unlike hotels in the Chicago city, this was relatively quiet too, adding to the comfort. I wish the washroom felt a bit more like a proper Hotel than a cheap motel. It wasn't bad per se - but the cheap quality of towels, toiletry, and bath tissue was obvious.

Nothing at all very dirty We had early check in first room they gave us ended up having bed bugs and as soon as you got off the elevator it was chips on floor smashed then the other room they gave us had dirty sheets ended up having to find another hotel to stay at I do not recommend them at all

No body lotion in the room. Ran out of regular coffee at 8 am and the refill was lighter than decaf.

The hotel is so out of date. The floors are so dirty you have to wear shoes in the room. There is a pool which is nice. The room AC is SO LOUD
