Super 8 by Wyndham Chicago Northlake O'Hare South

Stayed in this hotel as we missed our flights. I traveled with my 9yo son and found a spider in the bathroom in the tub. The breakfast consist of 2 choice of cereals, small cupcakes, coffee, juice ( apple and orange)…. not a real continental hot food breakfast type. If wer not that tired, I wouldnt stay in this place, you have to walk up, no elevator. Although, the customer service is good.

Hotel in a real run down area. Person living in her car in the hotel car park, an abandoned car in the car park and used needles on the ground. Place was so rub down and in a shocking state that I decided it would be safer to book another hotel rather than subject my 7 year old grandson to a place like this

This place is great. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The grounds i saw no trash it to was spotless. I was treated well the restaurant was warm staff made sure I was satisfied. The ladies were friendly. You could not ask for a better stay. Thank you all

Staff was super friendly and helpful but when we got to our room there was an old broom under our bed and an opened beer left on the desk and a random pill next to it

king's size room is spacious, but the bed was broken. Booked 2 nights, the first morning. I waited by the front, making it clear that I had to ask them a question. The morning clerk whose name is Vicky; had no problem looking at me while bashing her coworker for at least a minute like it was acceptable. I met that coworker overnight and she was super helpful and sweet. The manager Monika was absolutely wonderful. She was very apologetic for the behavior her employee displayed and showed nothing but patience. Honestly, I almost canceled my second night because of the behavior of vicky.Your morning clerk. If it wasn't for Monika and her genuine personality, I would have booked someplace else for the night. Give that woman a raise, because she definitely puts up with a lot

I liked everything from the greeting from the front desk to the restaurant. The level of respect from the motel to the restaurant they all tried to make sure your stay was pleasant. Thank you all for the warm visit I cannot dislike anything they all are professional in there jobs

The room and overall property could have been much cleaner. The hospitality could also have been better, as the staff were not very attentive or welcoming. Basic amenities such as bottled water and a tissue box were not provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell every time we entered, making the stay less comfortable.
