Best Western Plus O'Hare International South Hotel

Hotel was quiet and comfortable, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and helpful staff . They have a decent breakfast and very clean rooms

The hotel was cleaned. The room was modern and clean. Comfortable with enough space to move around. I like that there full breakfast each morning. My only issue was the shuttle from the airport was promised but when we call no vinyl was available to pick us up and it seemed like we were getting the runaround

The hotel shows signs of age, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle service provides an excellent value.

They had breakfast, but when we went down there, there was barely any food left. We went at 8 am. The staff was busy doing other things and were unable to re-load the food. The drink machine also did not appear to be working correctly, as the drinks tasted like water. Parking was okay, but the parking lot is really small. On a busy day, you may not find a spot.

Elegí este hotel porque necesitaba Transfer para mi hijo de 19 años ya que en la mayoría de hoteles el huésped principal debe tener 21 en adelante, me incluía el desayuno y la atención en recepción de 24 horas, el único detalle fue de que mi hijo aterrizó a la media noche y no hubo un transfer que lo pueda recoger en el aeropuerto, pero el transfer del hotel hacia el aeropuerto si lo usó.

The staff was nice. Had to wait pretty long for the shuttle. We just needed to stay 1 night because we had a layover. It was a good stay and it appears we stayed in the middle of renovation. The room itself was nice, clean, and cozy. I only had an issue with the shower head as it had a lot of rust around it. For a reasonable overnight stay, I would stay again. Not sure i would stay for multuple days.

An incident happened on the 3rd floor i was staying 1230am .Police were called . Not a good night sleep. Very good hotel and friendly staff but very disturbing what happened 2 rooms from my room. Crime tape and Police the following morning.

The hotel was good

The staff was very good, day manager was exceptional and very helpful. He deserves a good raise definitely. He is one of the sources of satisfaction for the hotel. Mattress was sagging in one side and then not comfortable, guessing old mattress. We talked to the day manager and they changed the room for the second day. And a bit far from downtown. Took 40-50 mins to get there with traffic.

The hotel room was very clean....the coffee was terrible. Can you consider a better brand? Starbucks, Carribou....I couldn't drink whatever was in the room.....the RECEPTION STAFF was kind, professional and excellent communication skills.

One of the cups in the room had mold in it

The property was being remodeled

Staff very nice. Coffee not hot or good. Breakfast foods not hot either. Old but clean.
