Quality Inn O'Hare Airport

It’s trouble for parking the room,the bathroom very small

Our only mild concern is that the hotel bathroom could use an update of some fixtures. Shower, & sink water flowed well and warmed quickly.

It was fine for the price but the smell of cheap cleaner was overwhelming. Toilet seat was loose, bathroom was sticky, overall you get what you pay for the pictures look nicer then it is

It’s near O’Hare and has a restaurant attached which was fine. The hotel is dark and gloomy and not great.

Super close to the airport. Bed and pillows were comfortable. A little loud with the road noise from the room I was in. Breakfast could have been a little better with some protein options.

For the cost, this was an excellent option. Check-in was good, room was clean and comfortable.

They accommodated our last minute stay wonderfully, the staff is great, specially the receptionist at the front desk who was very helpful. The shuttle to the airport was swift and quick to get there, but the breakfast could use some more options.

Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is outdated with stains on the carpets and smells musty but the bed was comfy and I slept good.

Not a best amenities, bed for the price. Continental breakfast is minimum.

I had good impression on Quality Inn until I stayed here, very poor quality of rooms. Bathroom sink is non functional, water doesn't drain, and after complaining to staff, non one came and all 2 days had to use bath tub for sink related activitia like brush and wash hands, pathetic experience. Breakfast has very less options and if u go by 8.30am all breakfast items are empty and staff is non friendly to ask. So disappointed with Quality Inn. Never visiting this place again. One more marvel, I booked 3 rooms and other room had issue with main door. It won't lock when going out and by accident if it gets locked you cannot unlock. So unreal and when complained to staff he said hit it or break it.. seriously, my gosh.
