Hotel is very dated. Overall nice place for the price
-
The room was good for our 1 night stay for our early morning flight.
-
The staff was very friendly and helpful
-
Clean room, friendly staff, couldn't connect to wifi through, but good for the well needed rest.

Great stay! No complaints!

Not very clean, nothing close for food or shopping, run down.

Rooms were clean, they have a closet, mini fridge, TV, etc. They leave towels, toiletries, etc. No toothbrush or toothpaste though. Warm water, ac, etc. checked the mirrors and room for any negative things. All clear. The bar and grill have large portions so be careful. Worth the price and delicious. Staff is usually thinned out, so just be patient and enjoy the atmosphere. The negative comments come from expecting the most.

Average hotel. It includes breakfast but there's no protein, only sweets and carbs.

Basic, cheap hotel near the airport. Room was clean and was ideal for us before our onward journey. Free shuttle to and from the airport was great. Yes it's a bit dated and tired in areas, but you get what you pay for. Has a nice bar and grill attached. Also has a bus stop outside, which we used to get to the train to take us in to Chicago. Also there a nice deli 5 mins walk away. Al and Joe's. 😉

Very old dirty and out of date hotel. Banged up doors, dirty carpets, rough bathrooms, smelly and musty inside. Shuttle to airport was ok but skip this place.

Was pretty beat up. Beds looked like sheets hadn’t been washed. Bathroom seemed clean. Breakfast was basically a waffle or cereal and yogurt no meats or eggs.
-
No clear instructions on where to meet shuttle. Waited over an hour in the wrong spot even after calling hotel. Breakfast was pretty slim. Room was clean but reeked of bleach. Did not use other amenities.

Don’t stay there if you don’t have to.

Place was nice but don’t trust the shuttle. We were downstairs and ready to go 10 minutes before they were supposed to take us at 10pm. They didn’t arrive until 10:20 and said they weren’t going to go back until 11. We needed to get there before then. Very inconvenient.

The airport shuttle was ok. The driver wasn't exactly charming as I boarded and the situation was awkward. The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially with what they were dealing with. ORD had a bunch of flights get cancelled so we were all scrambling for hotels. When our shuttle of already irritated people showed up, the power at the hotel was out. The staff was doing all they could to get us checked in. The room itself was okay. It had a general funk to it. Nothing overwhelming but it was definitely there. The place was a bit loud but worked for the situation. If I was there again in a similar situation, I'd probably spurge a few extra $ for a better location.

The breakfast was very basic: waffles, bread for toast and some dry cereals with milk and breakfast beverages. The bike’s electronic tracking and intensity level system didn’t work. The check-in desk and the room itself looked like they had been recently renovated. The rest of the hotel was older.

Power lighting coming off and no backup generator it was happened twice.

Bad condition

The hallway and room smelled terrible. I would have demanded another room, but it was late at night and I was only going to get 4 hours of sleep anyway. Really run down.

Great location
